The following slide show are pictures I took after the August 29, 2005 category 5 Hurricane. A 26 mile section of the Gulf Coast was washed away...HWY-90 ran along the coast beach, through Pass Christian, Long Beach, Gulfport, and Biloxi. ANY building with a HWY-90 address is no longer there, or is seriously damaged. All 12 of the casinos on the Beach and Back Bay were damaged, washed away or moved off of their foundation. In the last part of January 2006, three of the twelve casinos reopened, all three in Biloxi.
